I had to cancel one item and return another one . Support got back to me really quickly , and there was no hassle at all . The refund showed up a few days later . Honestly , it was smooth

My order did arrive in good shape, so that part was fine. It just took a little longer than I thought it would, and the tracking barely updated, which made it kind of hard to know what was going on. Not the worst experience or anything, just slower than I expected, I guess.

I wasn’t totally sure the VIRPIL setup would feel that different, but after using it for sim flying, I have to admit the controls are really precise. Small movements actually translate the way I expect, and I haven’t noticed that weird jumpy feeling I’ve had with other gear. It did take me a bit to get everything tuned properly, so it wasn’t perfect right out of the box, but once I got it set up, it felt solid.

I picked this up because the price seemed fair, and after using it, I’m glad I did. It does what I need without any fuss, so I don’t feel like I wasted my money at all

I was trying to order a throttle and a few mounts, but uh, about half the stuff I wanted was out of stock. The site itself is easy enough to use, it just gets a little annoying having to keep checking back. When items are actually in stock, everything seems fine. Overall not a bad experience, I just wish restocks were more predictable.

The hardware itself seems fine, like it probably does what it’s supposed to do. But man, the software is kind of a mess. It took me way too long just to figure out how to set up the buttons and switch profiles. The menus feel all over the place, and if you’re new to it, it’s not exactly friendly. Basically, it works, but getting there is annoying...

Ordering my Virpil grip was straightforward. The checkout steps were clear, although I didn’t see the shipping estimate until after I paid, which felt a little odd to me. Is that normal? They did end up fixing the issue, so I’ll give them credit for that. The only frustrating part was how slow the emails were, and the shipping took longer than I expected too... not a terrible experience, just a bit of waiting around.

I ordered a joystick base from virpil-controls.us.com, and the payment part was straightforward. I paid with my credit card, and it went through without any issues. What I appreciated was that the total at checkout matched what I expected, so there wasn’t that annoying moment where you get to the final screen and suddenly there’s some random extra fee added on.
The import fees were also shown and explained before I paid, which helped a lot because I like knowing the full cost upfront instead of guessing what might happen later. The courier didn’t charge me anything extra when it arrived, so the amount I paid during checkout was basically it. I do like the modular setup, and being able to swap out grips later is a big plus. I’m not saying it’s a bad system or anything, because the parts themselves seem solid. It’s just that figuring out what works with what was more confusing than I expected. The upgrade path is definitely there, but if you’re brand new to this, it’s not exactly obvious
